Dean Dorman

Dean Dorman is the Chief Operating Partner at TT Capital Partners, primarily focused on working with TTCP portfolio companies to drive key business performance through a Value Creation Plan (VCP) program and ongoing operational and growth initiatives.

Coming to TTCP after seven years as an Operating Executive with TPG Capital, one of the world’s largest private equity firms, Dean brings a deep operational skill set and unique background, providing valuable guidance and support to emerging healthcare companies that seek to balance rapid growth with stable operating and financial controls.

Prior to TPG, Dean served as President and CEO of Silver Oak Solutions and held executive and management roles at General Electric and McKinsey & Co. He started his career as a combat engineer officer in the U.S. Army, and later earned his credentials as a professional engineer (P.E.).

Dean holds a B.S. in Engineering at West Point and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.
