An industry leader in public transportation software.

For nearly 40 years, CTS Software has helped providers of paratransit, NEMT, PACE, and demand-response services nationwide to reach new levels of efficiency and growth. As a former transportation management company, CTS developed TripMaster as an in-house solution for computer-aided scheduling, and it has evolved into a full-service suite of tools for dispatching, scheduling, ticketing, reporting, fleet management, in-vehicle cameras and more.

Our MDT solution, ParaScope, is a mobile app that connects the road to the office. Acting as an electronic manifest, safe mobile messenger, and mapping solution, ParaScope submits and receives ride and trip data in real time, saving hours of error-prone manual input of driver logs. Drivers love it because of its simplicity, and dispatchers love it because it eliminates unnecessary radio traffic. The automated vehicle locator (AVL) functions also let admins and dispatchers track their fleet in real time, allowing them to accommodate schedule changes with speed and efficiency.

CTS Software has developed the most intuitive reporting engines in the industry. With hundreds of different data elements you can customize your reports without needing to be an expert in reports query language.

With Trip Master, our customers experience the best in:

* Automated scheduling
* Automated Vehicle Location (AVL)
* Real-time dispatching
* Reservation management
* Passenger call reminders
* Ticketing solution

* Medicaid billing interface
* Trip broker importing and electronic signatures
* 24/7 live customer support
* Customized reporting
