Alicja Kapera

Alicja Kapera has a diverse work experience in the field of data engineering and data science. Alicja started their career at PKO Bank Polski as an intern in the Sales Department in 2015. Their responsibilities involved creating and improving databases, as well as being a point of contact for branch managers.

In 2016, they interned at Provident Polska in the Finance Department. During their time there, they focused on maintaining the quality of financial databases, generating and distributing reports for management, and assisting the department director.

Afterwards, they worked as an intern at the Institute of Mathematics of the Polish Academy of Sciences in 2017. Their tasks included testing and finding applications for proposed solutions, conducting numerical experiments, reviewing existing solutions in the literature, and promoting mathematics.

From 2018 to 2021, Alicja served as a Data Scientist at Elitmind.

Alicja then joined Newmark as a Data Engineer in 2021, where they worked until 2022.

Currently, they are employed at TripStack as a Data Engineer, starting in November 2022.

Alicja Kapera has a diverse education history. Alicja attended SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2013 to 2016, where they earned a Licencjat (Lic.) degree in Metody Ilościowe w Ekonomii i Systemy Informacyjne. Alicja then pursued further education at the University of Warsaw from 2015 to 2018, earning a Licencjat (Lic.) degree in Mathematics. Additionally, from 2016 to 2018, they attended SGH Warsaw School of Economics again and completed their Magister (Mgr) degree in Metody Ilościowe w Ekonomii i Systemy Informacyjne.

Alicja Kapera has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills. In June 2021, they completed the "Introduction to Data Engineering" course from Coursera. In February 2020, they completed the "Machine Learning" course from Coursera. Furthermore, in June 2020, they obtained the "Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate" certification from Microsoft.
