Gabor Toth

Gabor Toth is the current CEO at TripStack and has an extensive background in finance and business operations. Toth's previous positions include Chief Financial and Operating Officer at Audatex Canada and VP Finance at Indigo. At Audatex Canada, Toth developed and implemented the country growth strategy which resulted in double-digit revenue growth. Toth also owned operational responsibility for finance, sales pipeline, customer contract negotiations, customer support, product delivery, professional services, vendor negotiations and overall business operations.

At Indigo, Toth managed key external relationships for insurance, banking, audit, and pension services. Toth also lead the creation and delivery of a centralized purchasing program, including vendor negotiations and vendor management. In addition, Toth directed Internal Audit priorities to ensure appropriate control systems were in place within the company to achieve successful annual ICFR certification and provide support for other operational priorities. Toth's experience in finance and business operations make him uniquely qualified to be the CEO at TripStack.

Gabor Toth has a Bcomm with Honors from Queen's University in Business. Gabor is also certified from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario as a Chartered Accountant and from the Institute of Certified Management Consultants of Ontario as a Certified Management Consultant.
