William Khem Marquez has a diverse work experience in software engineering. William is currently employed as a Software Engineer at TripStack since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a freelancer for small/medium-sized projects, specializing in web automation. In this role, they analyzed web and android applications using developer tools and debuggers to create unofficial API documentation. William also developed monitors for scraping stock quantity from e-commerce retailers and integrated them with Discord.js webhooks for immediate notifications. Before freelancing, they worked at Impact APIs as a Reverse Engineer from June 2022 to October 2022. There, they designed custom deobfuscators for bot detection solutions, created an algorithm for spoofing browser fingerprints and sensor data, and developed tools for decrypting and parsing spoofed sensor data.
William Khem Marquez pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Computer Engineering at the University of Toronto from 2020 to 2026. In August 2022, they obtained two additional certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft and Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, also from Microsoft.
