Sam H. is the Founder and Global CEO of TRIPTK Brand Transformation Studio, established in 2017 in partnership with Havas to shape brands that shape culture. They led the opening of four global offices in New York, London, Shanghai, and Mexico City and developed high-impact partnerships with blue-chip clients including Netflix, Microsoft, Spotify, Airbnb, Diageo, Marriott International, Estee Lauder, VF Corp, and Nike. They are the founder of Culture Ventures, an early stage investment and advisory firm that provides strategic capital investment to global startups and scale-ups. They held leadership roles at Flamingo (Managing Partner, 2008–2017) and completed the Omnicom Accelerate Management Fellow program (2006–2008) and worked as a Business Analyst at Macmillan International (2006–2007). They have served on the Fast Company Executive Board since 2024 and studied at the University of Oxford (Master of Arts in Archaeology/Ancient History and Social/Cultural Anthropology) with executive programs at Columbia Business School (Leading Strategic Growth & Change, 2016) and Babson College (Omnicom University, Advanced Management Program, 2015).
