Risse N has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources and organization development. Risse started their career in 2006 as a Recruitment & Training Officer at PT. Bella Prima Perkasa. From there, they moved on to PT. Oscar Kredit Ekspres as an HRD & OD Supervisor. In 2009, they joined PT. Bank Syariah Mega Indonesia, where they held multiple roles including Policy & Procedure Unit Head and Training & Development Staff. In 2012, they joined Sampoerna Financial Group as part of the Human Capital Development team. Currently, Risse N is the People & Organization Development Dept Head at Triputra Group, where they have been since 2015.

Risse N pursued their education from 1999 to 2004 at Universitas Gunadarma, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Psychology.
