Alan Wilson

Alan Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Alan co-founded and served as the CEO of Tripwire Interactive since 2005. In 2018, they became a lifetime member and Growth Chair of the Atlanta Chapter at Founders Network, where they advise and mentors entrepreneurs. Prior to that, they were the Director of OKW Consulting from 2003 to 2007. Alan also worked as a Historian, Designer, and Lead at Red Orchestra Mod from 2003 to 2005. Alan has held various managerial positions, including Head of Projects at Kingston Communications in 2004, Director at Severn Consultancy from 1998 to 2002, and General Manager at EASAMS from 1991 to 1997. Earlier in their career, they served as the Systems Development Manager at Volvo Concessionaires in 1989, Principal Consultant at Hoskyns from 1985 to 1989, and Systems Manager at Autobar Food Services from 1983 to 1985.

Alan Wilson received their Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford, where they attended from 1977 to 1981. Alan then pursued a Master's Degree in Biochemistry/Immunology at the same university, from 1980 to 1981. Later, in 1996, they obtained a Management Diploma in Business Administration and Management from the University of Warwick.
