Senior Programmer at Tripwire Interactive

Matthew Farber has a diverse range of work experience in the gaming industry. Matthew started their career as the Lead Network Programmer at Artificial Studios, where they worked on the multiplayer systems and network integration for the game Monster Madness. Matthew then moved to Ignition Entertainment, where they worked as a Senior Generalist Programmer on the canceled project Reich: Downfall and gained experience in various aspects of game development.

After that, Farber joined Spark Unlimited as a Senior Gameplay Engineer, working on projects such as Lost Planet 3 for Capcom, where they focused on programming weaponry and combat systems. Matthew also acted as a level support engineer and UI support engineer.

Farber then worked at Vigil Games as a Senior Programmer I, until the studio closed down. Matthew then joined Dark Vale Games as a Senior Software Engineer for a short period.

Matthew later joined Red Fly Studio, where they worked on the PS3 version of TMNT: Out of the Shadows and a secret project using Unity3D. Matthew gained experience in mobile and cross-platform deployments.

Farber also worked as a Technical Consultant and System Admin at Rivendale Homes Texas, where they were in charge of the company's security, network infrastructure, and general IT support.

Matthew is currently working as a Senior Programmer at Tripwire Interactive LLC, primarily focused on AI and gameplay systems for the game Killing Floor 2. Matthew has recently been involved in PvP coding and design.

From 2001 to 2003, Matthew Farber attended De Anza College, where they pursued an Associate's degree in Computer Science.
