Adam Ross

Adam Ross has a diverse work experience in the talent acquisition and recruitment industry. Adam is currently the Vice President, Client Success & Practice Leader, Private Equity & Venture Capital at TriSearch, a top nationwide recruitment firm. In this role, they are responsible for helping clients fill roles and improve their internal recruiting operations. Prior to joining TriSearch in 2020, Adam worked at Morgan Samuels as a Director from 2012 to 2020. Adam also has experience at Spencer Stuart, where they held various roles including Research Consultant, Knowledge Manager in the Middle East & North Africa Region, and Knowledge Manager in the Board Practice from 2004 to 2012.

Adam Ross attended Baldwin Wallace University from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Philosophy.
