Bob Aylsworth is a seasoned talent acquisition expert with extensive leadership experience in the recruitment industry. As the CEO and Founder of TriSearch since August 2015, Bob has successfully guided the firm to recognition as a top nationwide recruiting agency, offering innovative talent solutions. Prior to this, Bob served as CEO of JobPlex from 2002 to 2007 and held the position of SVP of Research at DHR International from 1996 to 2002. Additional entrepreneurial endeavors include founding TriWorth and serving as a board member at Jet Luxury Resorts, showcasing a commitment to driving passion and growth in various sectors. Bob holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Lehigh University, completed between 1992 and 1995.
