Betty Olson

Betty Olson, CSQA, CSM, CTFL, is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in testing and quality assurance across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Essentialist Consultant and Trissential/SQS Advisory Lead at Trissential since September 2016, Betty plays a crucial role in a significant system conversion project for a State agency. Previously, Betty held several prominent positions, including Test Lead Principal at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota and Test Lead for multiple projects at both BlueCross BlueShield of MN and BenchmarkQA. Betty's expertise encompasses managing testing efforts, coordinating quality assurance for FDA-regulated medical devices, and mentoring on best practices in both waterfall and agile methodologies. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Applied Science in Programming and an Associate of Arts in General Liberal Arts from Lakewood Community College.
