Marcello Monaco

Marcello Monaco is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Continuous Improvement Manager and previously as the Operation Manager at Tristone Flowtech since January 2012, Marcello specializes in production, logistics, and customer service. Prior experience includes roles as Quality Manager and Supplier Quality Engineer at Trelleborg from January 2004 to July 2010, and responsibilities in metrology and technical assistance at Metzeler from September 1999 to December 2003. Marcello began the career as an Operaio Trafilista at Saiag Articoli tecnici in gomma from October 1994 to September 1999. Educationally, Marcello holds a Diploma di Geometra from ITC per Geometri E.
