Rob Swerdlow

Rob Swerdlow's work experience begins in 2009 as a Customer Service Manager at National Energy Audits. Rob then worked as an Account Executive at Priority Staffing from 2010 to 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Client Services Coordinator at DayBreak Staffing, where they determined applicant requirements and attracted applicants. Rob then joined Robert Half International as a Recruiting Manager for a brief period in 2012. Later that year, they worked as a Director at Marcum Search LLC, generating job orders and managing relationships with clients. In 2014, they became a Recruiter at Certified Laboratories, Inc., where they handled full-cycle recruitment and placement, as well as conducting background and reference checks. In 2015, they served as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at The Bachrach Group, focusing on excellent customer service. Rob then worked as an HR Recruiter at U.S. Nonwovens Corp. from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they worked as a Contract Recruiter for various companies. Most recently, in 2019, they joined TRITECH Communications Inc. as a Client Services Staffing Specialist, providing qualified manpower and reducing employee turnover for clients.

Rob Swerdlow attended Torah Academy of Suffolk County from 1991 to 1994, where they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. Rob then went on to attend Suffolk County Community College from 1994 to 1997, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General. From 2000 to 2004, Rob studied at Dowling College and obtained a Bachelor's degree in General Education as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education.
