Eric Carter

Eric Carter is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in public safety and communications systems. Currently serving as a Sr PSAP Services Technician at West Safety Services since January 2019, Eric has also held the position of Implementation Services Engineer - 911 at TriTech Software Systems since December 2016. Prior roles include Field Service Tech at Intrado, PSAP Tech at West Unified Communications Services, and Field Technician at STS Telecom. Eric began a career in technology as a Computer Tech at Andrew Corporation and served as a Test Administrator at Baltimore MEPS. With over three decades of experience, Eric has developed expertise in emergency response technology and implementation services.
