Amy Bold

Amy Bold is a Business Intelligence Manager at Tritility since January 2023, where responsibilities include utilizing PowerBI and SQL for decision-making support. Prior to this role, Amy served as a Business & Finance Analyst, developing dashboards and extracting data for reports using MySQL. From September 2018 to December 2022, Amy worked as a Senior Business Analyst at FIS, focusing on analyzing data to identify customer dissatisfaction and creating metric dashboards for stakeholders. Initial experience includes a position as a Customer Assistant at Boots UK from June 2015 to September 2018. Amy holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Teesside University, completed in 2018, and attended St Anthony's Girls' Catholic Academy from 2012 to 2014.
