Philip Chen

Philip Chen is a Data Science student at UC San Diego with a diverse background in machine learning research, full-stack web development, and AI agent systems. Previously, Philip worked as an Engineering Manager and Software Developer at Triton Software Engineering, where they developed full-stack applications for non-profits. As an AI Researcher at Algoverse, Philip contributed to deep learning methods for video analysis in surgery, and they interned as a Mobile App Developer at UC San Diego, working on the VirtualPT project. Currently, Philip is also an undergraduate researcher focusing on LLM steering in the Computer Science and Engineering Department.
