Director, Credit And Risk Management at Triton

Tyler Lyons has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Tyler began their career as a Congressional Intern for Congressman Dennis Cardoza, where they collaborated on briefings and attended to constituent needs. Tyler then worked as an Intern at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney before joining Mape's Ranch as a Manager/Consultant. At Mape's Ranch, they managed a team, consulted on commercial real estate, performed general ranch work, and created spreadsheet models. Tyler then joined Mechanics Bank, where they started as a Management Trainee in the Management Training Program and co-created the bank's Agriculture lending division. Tyler later became a Senior Credit Analyst, managing a $190 million loan portfolio and underwriting various types of commercial loans. Currently, Tyler is the Director of Credit and Risk Management at Triton Container, overseeing credit functions for multiple regions and managing a large portfolio worth over $10 billion.

Tyler Lyons holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of San Francisco School of Management, which they completed from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they attained a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Agribusiness and a concentration in Finance, along with a minor in Wine and Viticulture from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, graduating in 2007. In addition, Tyler has received certifications as a Real Estate Broker from the California Bureau of Real Estate and WSET Level 3 in Wines and Spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
