Paul S. has extensive work experience spanning several industries. Paul currently works as a Product Support Manager at TRI - The RBQM Experts since August 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Solutions Consultant at KCR from April to August 2022.

From 2014 to 2022, Paul worked at eClinicalHealth Ltd, where they held multiple roles. Paul served as a QA Manager and Release & Test Manager from March 2016 to April 2022. In this position, they focused on ensuring high-quality product releases and implementing strict QA and release processes in the pharmaceutical industry. Paul also worked as a Product Manager from October 2014 to March 2016, responsible for turning requirements into features and managing release management.

Before joining eClinicalHealth Ltd, Paul worked as a Programme Manager at Clicktools from April 2011 to April 2014. In this role, they managed service delivery programs, supervised development and product management teams, and introduced Agile SCRUM methodology.

From November 2009 to April 2011, Paul worked as an IT Project Manager at IPP Joules, handling the design and development of a web site replacement system. At IRIS SOFTWARE & SERVICES LTD, they served as the Head of Development from September 2007 to May 2009, implementing automated build processes and improving product quality through Agile DSDM framework.

Prior to that, Paul worked at Infor (previously Systems Union Group Ltd) as a Senior Project Manager from February 2004 to September 2007. Here, they led a team responsible for the development and maintenance of XML-based interfaces for SunSystems.

At Systems Union Group Ltd, Paul held various roles from 1991 to 2004, including Project Manager, Team Leader, Business Analyst, Principal Systems Developer, Departmental Manager, and COBOL Developer. During this time, they contributed significantly to the development and maintenance of SunSystems Web Service Solution.

Paul also started their career at Plessey Defence Systems as a COBOL Developer and team leader, where they developed accountancy reports and maintained satellite tracking systems.

Throughout their career, Paul has demonstrated expertise in project management, product development, quality assurance, and Agile methodologies.

Paul S. started their education in 1983 at the University of Brighton, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Studies. Paul completed their studies in 1987. Later, in an unspecified time period, they attended Vocational Training, earning a TEC Diploma in Electric and Electronic Engineering. This program required him to complete 4 GCE qualifications, including Maths and English. Paul S. has not obtained any additional certifications in Computer Studies.
