Erik Connolly is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in IT Service Management (ITSM). At Flycast Partners, Erik served as a Senior ITSM Consultant, working with over 25 IT customers to implement Freshservice help desk software in line with ITIL best practices. Currently, Erik is employed as an ITSM Administrator at Triumph Financial, Inc. Previous roles include Incident Manager for the Federal Student Aid account at Dell Services Federal Government and various positions at NTT DATA Services, Atlas Copco USA, and Dell Services. Erik holds an IT Support Certificate from Computer Learning Center and has completed over 60 hours of coursework towards an Associate of Science at Dallas County Community College. In addition to professional pursuits, Erik is involved with University Toastmasters of Dallas, District 50, since June 2023.
