Jon Tavenner

Jon Tavenner is a seasoned IT project leader with over 15 years of experience in guiding cross-functional teams and modernizing enterprise infrastructure across various industries, including higher education and fintech. They currently serve as the Director of PMO at Triumph Financial, where they lead enterprise strategy and portfolio governance, scaling delivery models that drive measurable results. Previously, at the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians, Jon developed PMO standards and managed diverse projects ranging from hospitality to tribal government. They also held positions at Empower Retirement and Azusa Pacific University, where they established agile methodologies and supervised project life cycles, respectively. Jon holds a Master of Arts in Management from Azusa Pacific University.
