Kameron Dodge

Kameron Dodge is the Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Triumph Financial, Inc., a NYSE-listed financial technology company, where they oversee legal strategy in areas such as corporate governance, M&A, and securities compliance. With a strong background in advising public company executives and a history of serving in senior legal roles across various sectors, Kameron has also held positions at the National Association of Manufacturers and the United States Senate. In addition, they are currently serving as a National Security Law Attorney with the U.S. Army Reserve. Kameron’s educational journey includes studying at the University of Cambridge, Northwestern University, and the University of Iowa College of Law.
