Peder Gordon

Peder Gordon is a Learning and Development professional currently serving as the VP of Learning Innovation & Design at Triumph. With extensive expertise in designing and delivering training materials, Peder excels in e-learning, mobile learning, and instructor-led training while leveraging data to influence key decision-makers. Previously, Peder held various roles at OppenheimerFunds, including Manager of Learning and Development, where they created impactful training modules and facilitated courses for over 1,000 employees. Peder has also worked as a 6th Grade Teacher in Aurora Public Schools and is pursuing a HR Analytics Certificate from Cornell University while studying History and Political Science at Colorado College.
