Rachel Backfisch

Rachel Backfisch is a seasoned professional in customer success, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success at Triumph and previously holding the same title at Greenscreens.ai. After co-owning MayeCreate Design from 2006 to 2007, Rachel's extensive experience includes roles such as Senior Division Manager at Reynolds American Inc. and Vice President of Strategic Accounts at OneRail. They also actively contribute as a Committee Chairperson for Membership Recruitment at Women In Logistics. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Professional Communications from Central Methodist University and is currently enhancing their leadership skills through a program at Cornell University.
