Jeff Kay, P.E. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management within the transportation sector. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at Triunity, Inc. since March 2021, Jeff previously held several key roles at the Regional Transportation District (RTD) from 2005 to March 2021, including Deputy Project Manager for significant projects such as the $800M North Metro Rail Line and the $500M redevelopment of Denver Union Station. Jeff's earlier experience includes serving as Project Manager at Burlstone, Inc. and as a Staff/Project Engineer at PMK Group. Jeff obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder from 1993 to 1997.
