Heather Speiser

Heather Speiser has extensive work experience in various roles. Heather is currently working as a Senior Scrum Master at triValence since February 2022. Prior to this, they were a Technical Project Manager at Rose Group Int'l starting in August 2022. In 2019, Heather founded The Femme Farm and worked as an Artist at Art By Heather Marie since June 2011. Heather also served as an Information Technology Delivery Manager at Q Consulting from August 2021 to February 2022. Before that, they worked as a Scrum Master at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. from December 2019 to August 2021. Heather has also held the roles of Scrum Master at United Language Group from July 2019 to December 2019, Agile Transformation Coach at Data Recognition Corporation from March 2019 to August 2019, and Digital Producer at Haberman from February 2019 to April 2019. Heather worked as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master at Datasite from October 2016 to February 2019.

Heather Speiser completed their education at Concordia University-St. Paul from 2006 to 2008, earning a degree in Marketing & Innovation Management. Prior to that, they attended Century College from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a certificate in Marketing. In addition to their formal education, Heather has also obtained various certifications, including Angel Reiki Healer, Certified Advanced Angelic Healing Practitioner Diploma, Certified Angelic Healing Practitioner Diploma, Animal Reiki Practitioner, Reiki Level I Practitioner, and Reiki Level II Practitioner, all from Udemy. Heather also holds a Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in December 2015.
