Will Byington

Will Byington is the Chief Executive Officer of triValence, a one-of-a-kind platform that unites procurement, inventory, and payments for healthcare providers and suppliers. The company, founded in 2022 with backing from NEA, uses AI-powered solutions to automate payment processes and supply chain management. They previously led the Physician Underpayments business unit as Vice President & General Manager at Cloudmed (2021-2023) and helped reposition the Legacy R1 CDI business unit after Cloudmed's acquisition. Earlier roles included Senior Director of Product Management at Vizient (joined via MedAssets’ SCM segment in 2016) and positions at MedAssets (2013-2015), and service as an Intelligence Officer, Security Manager, and Public Affairs Officer for VFA-131 Wildcats in the United States Navy (2006-2011). They also held the role of Vice President of Strategy and Growth at Alora Home Health Software (2024-2025).
