Brad Wiginton

Brad Wiginton is the managing director of structured capital at Trive. Brad has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry, originating, structuring, and monitoring private middle-market senior and subordinated debt as well as mezzanine and preferred equity investments.

Previously, Brad worked as a vice president at Prudential Capital Group, where they originated, structured, and monitored over $3 billion of private middle-market senior and subordinated debt as well as mezzanine and preferred equity investments.

Before joining Prudential Capital Group, Brad worked as an audit associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they completed the planning and execution of financial statement audits for clients primarily in the investment management industry, including leading retail brokerage firms, investment managers, and hedge funds. Brad also worked on audit engagements for several NBA teams, including the Golden State Warriors, Seattle SuperSonics, and Denver Nuggets.

Brad Wiginton's educational career includes a BS in Business Administration and Accounting from Washington and Lee University, as well as studying abroad at Copenhagen Business School.

Brad Wiginton reports to Conner Searcy, Managing Partner. They work with Hunter Todd - Vice President, Shravan Thadani - Partner, and Blake Bonner - Partner.
