Connor Ruddick

Connor Ruddick has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Connor started their career at Textron as an Investment Management Leadership Development Program Intern, where they gained exposure to various asset classes and conducted investment analysis. In 2016, they worked as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Simmons & Company International. After that, they joined the same company as an Investment Banking Analyst in 2017. In 2019, they transitioned to Trive Capital, where they started as an Associate and then progressed to roles such as Senior Associate, Senior Operations Associate, and Associate Vice President. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President at Trive Capital.

Connor Ruddick attended Marshalltown High School from 2009 to 2013. Connor then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Finance and a minor in Management Information Systems at the Texas McCombs School of Business from 2013 to 2017. In 2017, they also participated in the UT Austin - McCombs BBA Exchange Program at ESCP Business School, where they completed a Master in Management Exchange. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Bloomberg Market Concepts from Bloomberg LP.
