Drew Katigan

Drew Katigan currently serves as Associate General Counsel at Trive Capital since June 2023. Prior to this role, Drew held the position of Associate Counsel at ORIX Corporation USA from October 2021 to June 2023, providing legal support for the middle market private equity team, advising on transaction structuring, execution support, and portfolio matters. Drew's previous experience includes serving as an Associate in Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity at Kirkland & Ellis from September 2018 to October 2021, where responsibilities included representing private equity sponsors in various transactions and leading legal diligence processes, and as an Associate in Mergers & Acquisitions at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP from September 2016 to August 2018, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate governance. Drew received a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, along with a Wharton Certificate in Management, and completed a B.B.A. in Finance, Magna Cum Laude, at Southern Methodist University.
