Elizabeth Blake

Elizabeth Blake has a diverse background in HR and operations. Elizabeth is currently working as the Operations VP - Human Capital at Trive Capital. Previously, they worked at Lennox International, where they held various roles including HR Business Partner - Corporate Functions and HR Manager, Employee Engagement & Retention. Elizabeth was responsible for talent acquisition, retention strategies, and building a positive work culture. Before Lennox International, they worked as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist at LII's Worldwide Refrigeration business unit. Elizabeth Blake, MBA, SPHR, has a strong education history. Elizabeth obtained their Executive MBA and Asian Business Certificate from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Arts in Dispute Resolution and Conflict Management, specializing in Organizational Conflict Management and Executive Coaching, from Southern Methodist University in 2017. In 2010, Blake completed their Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, with a minor in Political Science, from UT Arlington - College of Liberal Arts. Additionally, they participated in an International Study Abroad program at Universidad de Belgrano in Buenos Aires, Argentina, focusing on Latin American Studies. Blake also holds additional certifications, including MBTI Step I & Step II Certification from The Myers-Briggs Company, obtained in 2023, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI, obtained in April 2020.
