Jay Vise

Jay is a Vice President at Trive Capital. His responsibilities include identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, performing transaction due diligence, and working with management teams to implement operational and growth strategies. Prior to attending business school, Jay was an Associate at Trive.

Before joining Trive, Jay was an Analyst in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group. While at Houlihan, Jay was involved in a variety of transactions including creditor-side restructurings, distressed mergers and acquisitions, and debt financings across various industry segments.

Jay received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and graduated with a BA in Economics & History from Vanderbilt University.
