Troy is the Founding Partner of Trive Capital Real Estate. He oversees all elements of the real estate equity strategy including investment activities, portfolio and asset management, and partner communications.
Prior to joining Trive, Troy was a Managing Director at Thackeray Partners. During his 13+ year tenure, he was a leader on the firm’s Investment Committee and head of the industrial platform. Troy played an instrumental role in five institutional private equity funds representing approximately $4.6B in transaction value and equity placements of over $1.1B across multiple assets classes.
Troy received his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated with a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
