Amy Ames

Amy Ames has extensive experience in coaching and consulting, currently serving as a Consultant at Amy Ames Coaching & Consulting since 2012 and as the Director of Colleague Development at Triverus Consulting since November 2023. Prior roles include Director at The Rhode Island CEO Council, and Presidential Introductions Manager and Program Coach Consultant at Brown University, along with serving as a Career Coach at Bryant University. Amy also contributed to Lehman Brothers as an Assistant Vice President and led Heartworks of Rhode Island as Executive Director. Educational credentials include a Certificate in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business, training as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach from the Coaches Training Institute, and a BA in Political Science and Spanish from Saint Michael's College.
