John Stephens

John Stephens is an experienced maintenance manager with a career spanning over three decades in various roles within the manufacturing and military sectors. Since November 2019, John has served as Maintenance Manager at Trivium Packaging. Prior to this position, John held the Maintenance Manager title at Exal Corporation from August 1995 to November 2019, where responsibilities also included roles as maintenance planner and extrusion press operator. John's early career included working as a blow molding line operator at Plastimat NV and serving in the U.S. Army as a Chemical Weapons Specialist, where duties involved chemical weapons reconnaissance and testing protective gear. John’s education includes specialized training from abc-selbstschutzschule in Germany and the Chemical Weapons Specialist School at Fort McClellan, Alabama, following high school graduation from Woodrow Wilson High School.
