Ryan Sheffield, MBA, is currently a Continuous Improvement Manager at Trivium Packaging, where they support the global aerosol and beverage manufacturing division. They previously held roles as a Continuous Improvement Engineer at Associated Materials and a Junior Project Manager at Taylor-Winfield Technologies, Inc. Ryan began their career with internship experiences at Haltec Corporation and the Ohio SBDC Export Assistance Network at YSU. They earned a Master of Business Administration in Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management, both from Youngstown State University.
