Mia Deng has been working in the tech industry since 2014. Mia began their career as Co-Founder of Cardinal Pictures. In 2016, they became a Product Manager at Mobike, where they were later acquired by Meituan-Dianping for $2.7 billion. In 2018, they joined Amber Group as an Investor & Venture Partner and Head of Business Development, where they were a founding member of a crypto unicorn. In 2019, they became a Partner at Dragonfly. In 2020, they joined Edmund Hillary Fellowship (EHF) as a Fellow. In 2021, they became a Co-Founder and Advisor at TR Lab, a platform for discovering and collecting NFT art from the world's leading artists.
Mia Deng has obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Art and Psychology from Wesleyan University. Mia also studied Entrepreneurship, Design, and Hungarian studies at Budapest University of Technology and Economics. Additionally, they attended Kirby School.
