We offer every-level-leaders a platform and the confidence to create effective workplace communication experiences. Focusing on who you are, what’s important to you and the same for your intended audience, we help you infuse authenticity and elevated skill and will into what you say, how you say it and how you feel about it. Are you challenged by how to engage your leader? Your team? Your event attendees? Or, how about your organization overall? We can help in several ways.

👩🏾‍🏫 Communication Coaching: You’ll have access to ongoing, one-on-one support as you navigate communication challenges big and small. Before we tackle the specifics, we’ll uncover a personalized strategy that sets you up to stay true to your communication values, while acknowledging opportunities and celebrating wins.

🗣️ Moderating & Facilitating: We bring our knack for what we call “connecting the dots” to generate synergy and rich discussions that will meet your needs for your next conference or team retreat. This includes planning, interviews and support for panel discussions, new leader introductions, and more.

📝 Presentation Prep & Review: In this real-time session, we work together to calm nerves and review/edit your content to create the greatest impact for your audience. Typical formats include PowerPoint presentations, written speeches, meeting agendas and outline, etc.

We work with professionals at all levels, from aspiring leaders to the C-suite. If you want your workplace communication to reflect your values and open possibilities, schedule a discovery call with us: trmconsultinggroup.com/schedule
