Currently serving as an Operating Partner at TRM Equity since February 2023, Robert has held multiple senior roles, including Chief Financial Officer at Thunderbird Manufacturing and Kelco Industries. With a proven track record at Sparton Corporation, Robert played a pivotal role in growing revenue and overseeing mergers and acquisitions, contributing significantly to company performance. Additionally, Robert has demonstrated expertise in financial stewardship, strategic development, and operational improvement throughout a career that began in 1988. Robert holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and a BBA in Accountancy from Western Michigan University.
