The worlds first gastro-gallery.

Trobar offers an unparalleled cocktail and art experience, with each of our three levels delivering a distinct yet equally exceptional journey through flavour, craftsmanship, and creativity.

Trobar Gastronomy
Our restaurant redefines the art of pairing. Instead of pairing wine with food, we pair cocktails with each dish, crafting a seamless marriage of flavors that elevate both the plate and the glass. Every cocktail is thoughtfully designed to complement the culinary experience, creating a harmonious dining adventure.

Rooftop Trobar
Our rooftop terrace celebrates the classics—with a twist. Here, guests can bask in the Mallorcan sun while enjoying familiar favorites, reimagined with our signature Trobar touch. Each cocktail feels both approachable and exciting, perfectly suited for long summer days and warm nights under the stars.

Trobasement
Downstairs in Trobasement, we transport guests to a 70s-inspired tequila and mezcal haven. With low-slung couches and a relaxed, retro vibe, it’s the perfect setting for sipping after-dinner drinks or exploring our selection of digestifs. Our focus on tequila and mezcal is celebrated through a menu of bespoke creations that showcase the complexity of these spirits.

All our cocktails are presented in handcrafted glassware, created by our collective of 35 talented artists, including ceramic artists, glass artists, and more. Every spoon, piece of cutlery, plate, and decorative object in Trobar is also created by our artists meaning that everything you see, touch, or use during your time with us is part of an immersive artistic experience—and it’s all for sale via trobat.co, our online shop. Guests can sit, enjoy their cocktail or meal, and shop what they’re experiencing, taking a piece of Trobar home with them that very evening.
