North is currently a zonal manager at Trocko. Prior to this, they worked at Doggett Heavy Machinery for two years and Texas Medical Management Services for 18 years. At Texas Medical Management Services, North was a senior operations manager/physician liaison/project manager. They reported directly to the CEO and physician owners and oversaw the entire operations for the healthcare management company. North also worked collaboratively with upper management staff on all areas of the revenue cycle and ensured timely work completion. They supervised and directed a staff of revenue cycle managers, credentialing managers, scheduling managers, and office managers for each location, as well as front office personnel, scheduling department, biller/coders, financial advisors, and insurance reimbursement specialists. North partnered with IT on all technical requirements for the practices, including software, integrations, interfaces, and start-up programs. They also coordinated with network support on maintaining and updating medical and phone system software and network functions. North worked closely with physicians as a liaison and capitalized on ways to grow their revenue. They reviewed and assessed company protocols and provided guidance on how to grow collections. North recorded and maintained business/financial data, generated insightful management reports, and processed payroll. They also handled a variety of Human Resources functions, such as recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training staff; applying performance measurement and disciplinary standards; and maintaining employee files/records. During their time at Texas Medical Management Services, North developed and implemented new processes for all new lines of business and worked closely with coordinators on implementation and maintenance for uniformity/consistency of practices. They also served on start-up and implementation teams for all new lines of business; planned, coordinated, and facilitated with IT on technical requirements; front end and back end processes; and worked with credentialing managers to coordinate and negotiate managed care contracts.

North has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Sam Houston State University, a Nurse's Assistant Certificate from Montgomery Community College, and an Associate of Arts from North Harris Community College.
