Trojan Crew is redefining the crewing industry by putting people first—both our clients and our crew. We provide skilled, motivated, and professional teams that integrate seamlessly into your operations, ensuring every project runs smoothly and successfully.

Founded by Chris and Ramy, two experienced production managers who worked their way up through the industry, Trojan Crew was built to address the challenges they saw firsthand: inconsistent crew quality, poor communication, and a lack of respect for the hardworking individuals behind the scenes. We knew there was a better way, and Trojan Crew was born to deliver it.

Our approach is simple but impactful. We treat our crew with respect, pay them fair wages, and invest in their development. This creates a happy, motivated team that takes pride in their work—and it shows in the results. From major productions to intimate events, we bring consistency, quality, and a positive atmosphere to every site we work on.

Since launching, we’ve built a strong reputation working with some of the industry’s top production companies, venues, and theatres. Whether it’s supplying a 40-person crew for a high-pressure event like the first-ever Borough Market takeover or providing daily support to venues like Outernet, Kew Gardens, and the LME Logistics team, we deliver with professionalism and enthusiasm.

At Trojan Crew, we believe crewing isn’t just about manpower—it’s about partnership. We don’t just show up to do a job; we become a trusted part of your team, helping you achieve your vision with efficiency and care.

Let’s raise the standard together. Get in touch to learn how Trojan Crew can support your next project.
