Dylan Schafer

Dylan Schafer currently serves as the Group Human Resources Manager for Trollope, overseeing HR functions since September 2023. Prior to this role, Dylan held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at TAU Mining from April 2023 to September 2023, focusing on the implementation of strategic HR practices.
