Daniel Lapp has extensive work experience in the solar energy industry. Daniel started their career at Solgen Power in 2017 as a Lead Solar Installer and later became an Install Manager. In 2022, they joined Rethink Electric as an Electrical Foreman. Currently, in 2022, they hold two positions at Tron Solar as the Director of Install Operations and the Director of Solar Field Operations.
Daniel Lapp earned an Associate's degree in Operations Management and Supervision from Walla Walla Community College, from 2015 to 2016.
