David Jamison

David Jamison currently serves as the Director of Continuous Improvement at Tronair Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing the Lean Daily Management system and managing the Maintenance Department's Equipment Reliability and Maintenance plan. With a robust background in continuous improvement, David previously held the position of Continuous Improvement Manager at Newell Brands, leading the PEAK program and various Lean initiatives. Additional experience includes roles as Performance Excellence Systems Leader at WestRock Company and Lean Engineer at Newell Brands, where David focused on process improvements, productivity analysis, and ergonomic leadership.
