Brad Coulding is currently the Reliability Excellence Lead at Tronox, where they drive improvements in routine work management and equipment reliability. With over 20 years of experience in Maintenance Supervision, Planning, Scheduling, Project Management, and Business Improvement, Brad has worked with diverse assets ranging from mining equipment to manufacturing tools. Previously, they held roles including Principal Consultant at Assetivity and Senior Maintenance Planner at Tiwest Joint Venture. Brad earned a Graduate Diploma and a Graduate Certificate in Maintenance Management from CQUniversity and Central Queensland University, respectively.
