Junior Koegelenberg

Junior Koegelenberg has a diverse work experience, starting with Exxaro Resources in 1992. Junior held various roles at Exxaro Resources, including Project Engineer and Senior Analyst for a re-engineering project. Junior then worked as an Expatriate Project Engineer at Tiwest Joint Venture before returning to Exxaro Resources as a Maintenance Manager, Chief Engineer, Engineering Manager, and Operations Manager. In 2008, they joined Tronox as an Operations Manager and later became the Site Manager Northern Operations. Currently, they are the Site Director North Operations at Tronox Namakwa Sands.

Junior Koegelenberg has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stellenbosch University, which they received between 1989 and 1992. Junior later pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Strategic Management at the same university from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, they completed a short course in Financial Management, known as the MDP program, at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika in 1997.
