Matthew Sinclair

Matthew Sinclair is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Site Financial Controller at Tronox's largest manufacturing site in Hamilton, MS, since April 2019. In this role, Matthew acts as a finance lead and business partner to the General Manager. Prior to Tronox, Matthew held several key positions at Cristal, including Manager of Treasury Risk, Capital Structure, and Policy, where a significant three-year project was executed to optimize the business's legal entity structure. Roles also included contributions to financial planning and analysis, managing currency risk, and overseeing global cash forecasting. Matthew's earlier experience at Fila involved managing financial planning and analysis. Educational qualifications include an Associate degree from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Liberty University.
