Michael Gorman

Michael Gorman has extensive work experience in the financial reporting and accounting field. Michael is currently the Director of Financial Reporting at Tronox, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Tronox as a Senior Manager of Financial Reporting from July 2020 to December 2021.

Before joining Tronox, Michael worked at Deloitte for a significant period. From September 2019 to July 2020, they held the role of Senior Manager in the Accounting & Reporting Transformation department, where they provided end-to-end finance transformation solutions for complex financial reporting challenges. Michael also held the position of Manager in the same department from October 2016 to August 2019.

In addition to their time at Deloitte, Michael also worked at littleBits as part of the Financial Planning & Analysis team from December 2015 to September 2016. Michael began their career at Deloitte & Touche LLP in September 2010, where they held various roles including Manager of M&A Transaction Services from September to December 2015, Senior of M&A Transaction Services from April 2014 to August 2015, and Senior of External Audit from September 2010 to March 2014.

Michael Gorman holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Binghamton University and an M.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Virginia. Michael is also a Certified Public Accountant.
