Norbert Arnoldus

Norbert Arnoldus is currently the Global Project Portfolio Director at Tronox, where they oversee the successful delivery of the project portfolio for the titanium pigment business. With a Master’s degree from Delft University of Technology, Norbert has extensive experience in manufacturing technology, having held roles such as Technical Manager at Huntsman Polyurethanes and Advisor at AANZET. They have demonstrated a strong affinity for responsible material availability and continuous improvement, complemented by skills in people management and change management within multicultural environments. Their career also includes positions at ICI and as a Senior Consultant at the International Isocyanate Institute.
